Looking to buy an account for someone close to me, 600 seems high just based on the pictures provided.

What are the secondary stats? Are any of the gems 5/5?

If secondaries are under 3k and there are no 5/5, I would like to offer 400

all of the gems are 4/5 i've spent way more just to get those gems, and i'm sure your aware it would cost at least 3k to get all 4/5s. i'd be willing to do 500 now if your interested.
