It's going with all data from account and original mail - full access, so yes, you can link your mail and unlink original.
It's not my personal account as it assigned in post, but original owner have a good reputation, it's the first account that he selling for around 2 years, if he selling stolen accounts he had tons of accounts and offers + during this time, selling stolen goods would have affect his reputation. I don't think it's stolen or *******. All purchase receipts are in the mail + you can see the history of changes of mail account, and see that the account has not been particularly changed (not *******).
