This account without many exclusives is able to finish every pve content in the game, finished trial of pillar and fey meander, and vortex damage is top 5 every day and have elecbre and mithrasea for pvp

You can use rares and epics to finish every pve content of the game. Elecbre will likely be banned in champion arena and she is only useful in the Grand Gladiator Arena. You will have a hard time fighting in champion arena for sure, and your ranking showed that. It is a bad sign that you still have not got your lucky playing card artifacts yet given your server is one the very first ones to start, that would indicate you have not got as much as Gladiatorial seals. For reference, most of the top players in my server got playing card artifacts and our servers are 1 week behind yours. My point being is that it is NOT a "very very good price" as advertised, but a reasonably expensive one imo.

In reply to your comments below, I totally disagree, there is zero chance you can finish the trail of pillar or fey meander with rare and epic, if you are late game you will know. the reason I didn't get the arena artifact is that I buy the gold dice from the arena shop every week because I know I will get that artifact by the end of the season so there is no rush, arena finish is always top 3 every week, top 5 for team arena, just check the arena tier screenshots, total legendaries of this account is close to 60 (inspirations and artifact), you know how expensive summons are. selling for around 15% of what this account has spent is a good price.
