I have been using this account for approximately 2 years. I'm not sure exactly the amount of money that I put into the account but it has to be around $1500-$2000+. I have been very careful to optimize this account and there is still much to be done to customize and make the account your own. This account has consistently earned 1 million+ prestige. The account has about 20,000 gems, 20 mathoms, 4 elven recrafting hammers, and 460 blue mithril. I would like $600 for the account. Gear:
Enough to easily equip 1 commander with maxed strength half refined golds and 3 commanders with 5* refined purples. Any more purple items are just gravy at this point, running a 5th commander would run troops too thin.
Hand
Gold: Up to 2 max strength golds. Currently have a Frenzy hammer (3 refine), 4* gigantic hammer, and a twice refined / strengthened unique for Qurwan. Extra: I have uniques for Gorbag and Yusraa unlocked but unstrengthened. Either could be refined to 4* with the blue essence that I have. If an elven hammer is used, the following can be obtained: 4 Nightfall (RETALIATE, Venom, Might of Uruks), 4 Cruel Hooks (Lethal Weapons, Might of Soldiers), Obsidian Dagger (Amplification), Black Bow (Eye for an Eye), Mirkwoods Thorns (Blight), and Sand Claw (Blight).
Purples: Up to 5 at max strength. Can max refine up to 1 battle axe (another to 3* refine), 1 carver, 1 mirkwood bow, and 1 cutlass . Also 4* refine easterling spear, 3.5* refine uruk crossbow.
Head
Gold: 1 max strength possible. Currently have a 2.5* refine Casque of Pride (Melee Suppression, Fortitude of Soldiers), could swap for 2.5* refine Numenorian helm (Shock, Formation Break), 2* refine Casque of submerged Isle (AEGIS, Intimidation, Determination), 1* Refine Hunter's Guide (Last Resort), 2.5* Refine Easterling Helm (Intimidation, Courage, War Cry, Resolve of Evil Men), Berzerkers Gaze (Curse), 1* refine War Helm (Resolve of Orcs, Discord), Grey Wizard Hat (TRANQUILITY), or Caul of the Forest (Curse).
Purples: Up to 3 at max strength. Can max refine up to 1 full helms, 1 horseman's helm, 1 trapper's hood (another at 3.5* refine), 1 bone mask (another at 4* refine), and a brutal helm.
Chest
Gold: 1 max strength possible. Can equip 3* refine Mithril Coat (Serenity, Improved Shroud, Resilience of Dwarves), 1* refine Massive Breastplate (Significant Protection, Resilience of Giants), 1* Refine Warborn Battle Plate (Fortitude of Soldiers, Strength from Dexterity), Protection of Numenor (Undying Toughness), Bone Armor (Resilience of Trolls), or Berserker's Raiment (Forestall)
Purples: Up to 3 at max strength. Can max refine up to 2 Hauberk (a third one at 3* refine), 1 Quilted Armor, 1 Scale Mail (another at 3* refine), and 1 Scout's mail (need 1 more for max refine). Also could make a Goblin armor to 4* refine.
Accessory
Gold: 1 max strength possible (would need to essentially use up all components though). Currently set up for 2* refine Signet (Might of Evil Men, Bane of dwarves). Also could make a 2.5* refine Fine Smoking Pipe (Critical Care, Heroism), 1* refine Orthanc's Devilry (TACTICAL MARK, Bane of Men), Drums of Barad-dur (irreperable injury), or 1* refine Palantir of Orthanc (Might of Soldiers, Irreperable Injury)
Purples: Up to 3 at max strength. Can max refine 1 Worn-Out Smoking Pipes, 1 Wizard's Fireworks, 1 Drums of Moria (could make 2 at 4* refine instead). Also have a 3* refine shield of the white hand for uruk siege.
Respect:
I have a lot of respect items as well with 124 purple wildcard respect items and 5 gold wildcard respect items, 660 green respect items, 20-40 of each blue respect item, 39 lurtz, 19 Gothmog/Grishnak, 35 Shadow/khamul, 92 MoS / Azru, 19 respect items for SUNIND (enough to easily take her to R7). These can be turned in for mathom vouchers to max out the commander of your choice - I liked leaving the option open to go all in on a T2/T3 but never did. The amount of blue/green respect items could increase Khaldoon by 1 level (16-17) or Grima / Gorbag / Yusraa by 3 levels.
