The cheat is good, but the support is trash. My cheat for Genshin wasn't working, and I tried to get help by submitting a ticket through support, but it took forever for them to respond. Even after they respond, there is a MAJOR delay in between every conversation. The public or VIP chat is probably better and reacts faster. If you use a credit card, there is a gateway fee and a foreign transaction fee. Overall, the cheat works, but don't expect to get good customer support.
 
The reason why Support was slow is, because our main project lead lives in Ukraien and the situation there is not perfect :)
Then the other issue is that our main Moderator that does 90% of support lives in Israel and as you might have noticed from the news the situation there is not ideal for giving support.
You were very unlucky in this situation, so I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
