Bad follow up , block me after i raise the issue

Bad after sales follow up, purchase an hsr starter basic from his website. Both account unable to log in . Contacted him and share the screen shot. Guy proceed to block me not recommended.

Updated on 3rd April : he reply my email saying will refund, told him via email that please proceed with the refund, will not purchase untill the issue has been sorted out. Guess what this rude seller reply me with ' not that I want to sell you the account, spamming email instead of respect '.
This is ridiculous I am dropping you 2-3 emails is because:
1.) you insta block me on discord when I raise the issue
2.) you ignore me when I highlight the issue on epicnpc dm as well since u block me on discord for no reason.

You want respect? How about you show some respect to those buyer trying to solve the issue with you ? Instead of insta block .

Edit : today the seller replied , all the name callings ******* and idiot calling from him. He said they never say will entertain enquries from discord. So why did you advertise it lol ? Literelly advertise it and even offered a discount.

Unprofessional, lazy, and rude

I have bought an advanced account, which came in right away. The main issue I had is that the account didn't have the resources stated in the description. It just gave me an entirely fresh account with nothing on it. Please help. I have already sent an email regarding the situation.

Due to me linking an email, they consider it as "sold" according to their "ToS" and that they can't do nothing about it, EVEN THOUGH THEY SOLD ME A FAULTY ACCOUNT AND THAT THEY TOLD ME TO LINK MY EMAIL AND CHANGE MY PASSWORD RIGHT AWAY. Instead of putting this under the account details email when we purchase the account:

You can literally just add the instructions from the "ToS" that literally nobody reads to the actual receipt, and that way people could be aware that maybe "Oh, this account is not what they were advertising. I should let them know about this and not link anything."

Horrible customer service too. Super unprofessional and petty and it just seems like they just want to be right. I thank them for responding to my email, and to let me know when they need the account details. This is what they say:
