I don't want to trick anybody into thinking it's not, however the account has Legacy 1 and 2 achievements + It's in the Legacy group.
For other folks interested, you would just need to private your hours/achievements, but show your legacy steam group off when you're using L3 characters; otherwise L2 and below is completely legit as far as anybody on the outside can tell.
