Unable to login after 1 month of purchase

Please note I have received the account. This review is about how I am unable to log into the account after 1 month of purchasing from this seller. This review may be updated, when resolved.

I had bought a starter hsr account from them and after one month of using it normally, I am suddenly unable to login to the account after 1 month. the error being "Too many requests please try again later" I have waited a couple days for this to bypass but I still have the same issue. I contact the seller to see what was causing this issue as I have never encountered this before on my other accounts, they keep telling me it was because I had too many accounts logged into my phone but my other accounts I bought recently off of epicnpc are doing just fine and don't have this issue. He also mentions that because the account is still a low level, I am required to purchase a top-up on the account... to POSSIBLY get the account back. If I had known this would've been an issue I wouldn't have bought from this seller, because like I had mentioned none of my low level accounts I purchased from other sellers on epicnpc have this issue. The seller advertises his accounts to be safe but, after just 1 month of using the account this issue appears. The seller himself has tried logging into the account to see if it would work for them but, still the same issue. I have not linked anything to the account I had bought from them, so I am hoping that this seller will either fairly reimburse me with the same value, refund me or "I" will hopefully fix the issue of me not being to log into the account myself, as they have complained to me they do not want to help me any further and that they "don't care" to do so. It is a little upsetting that I am having this issue for the first time with this seller, but I am hoping this will be resolved soon, so I can update my review to a more positive one.
