I didn't buy any costumes but any free/event ones should be unlocked. Built characters all have full sets of maxed sigils that are suitable for them and with desirable, mostly offensive enchant effects (though there's definitely room for improvement here - I left some unused enchantment materials so the new owner can optimise them further). They're all at least level 75 (mostly 79) with maxed access keys, sigils and skills
