Wanted to buy an account

I wanted to buy an account, but he just refused to do paypal friends and family even though its listed as a payment method. And then he just randomly closed our conversation. idk why he thinks I would steal a 14 dollar account.. when paypal fnf can't even be charged back. terrible customer service, try finding someone else.
 
He complained about paypal fnf fees and want to charge it to me

So i recommended wise, But he refused wise

He kept demanding the impossible, so I refused the deal

He is now harassing me with malicious review system

I recommend not working with him, I never complained about anything. He was very suspicious and refused to take payment anywhere other then wise. I asked for Paypal fnf multiple times but he refused, and then deleted our chat history. Seemed very sketchy. He is very rude and unprofessional, I do not recommend working with him. "So i recommended wise, But he refused wise" he demanded wise, not recommended. All I wanted was to use the payment method listed just 2 scrolls above this comment. Don't trust 0/5 stars.
