New to OSRS, but don't want to startfrom scratch, $200 range

I'm not 100% sure what i'm looking for, I know I want a good stack of cash and I like pk'ing, and love skilling, but i don't want to start from scratch. Looking in the $50-200 range, let me know what you've got and why it's fun/ways to enjoy it. I'm not super picky, just need an understanding since I'm not sure what I'm looking at when I see "pure" accounts and just need it explained. I also love starting games with gold. I used to play OSRS, i've just forgotten everything. Looking to buy in the next few days to start enjoying, super bored with WoW. Lol.
