He is banned for scamming people, too bad you didn't reported him in a proper way cause after scamming you he sold that same account to other guy and scammed him as well. Btw this 3k for 300$ was just an attempt to get any extra cash before ban.

Guy tried to scam and had to open case, and that pops up on when in an active dispute.
