Offers a refund and then cancels the sale cause he got a better offer

Seller was selling the account for 100, after i said i was gonna buy he raised price to 120, we agreed on 110 and i sent the money, a few hrs later he offers a refund cause he is getting his money in a week, and offers another way of payment, i accept, and then he says he needs to cancel the sale cause he got offered more money, not a man of his word, be careful
