Nea not P1 because I've got Balanced Landing from the shrine. Felix not P1 because trash perks and nobody plays him anyway.
Steve and Nancy perks are obvs now common.
Yui can be easily P1 with 1.2M BP available.
Killers at least P1. Except Wraith because trash perks.
Pyramid has T1+ perks, I just got them before the new system.
Bubba same and I got barbecue and Franklins from the shrine. Same for Freddys Blood Warden.
Demo perks common now.
