5 years invested into he account was taken back on August 1st. He apparently works under different aliases and normally hunts here and deals on discord dumping the alias once the deal is done.

try reporting to square enix if you have proof. i did that when i lost my account. they will ask some questions about the items you have, in-game name, number of bt ld, type of armor etc. and i got the account back. hope you get yours too.
