I recently started Strawboy too so he's been cultivated around 7 times and I have the +50% exp badge so you can get him to 255 in no time now.
5-star Units:
Suzette: 80 with *TRUE* manifest weapon (so initial > fully upgraded > TRUE). She hits like a truck and makes most boss fights SO much easier. She also has wind/gust grastas to make her hit even harder.
Clarte: 80 with his ring
Kid: 80 with 100% crit (prismatic dagger + rainbow ring), power of agony grasta, inactivated normal attack all (katana) grasta
Serge: 80 with 100% crit (prismatic sword + rainbow bracelet), power of absorb grasta
Harle: 80
Joker: 80 with personal weapon, power of nothingness grasta (easier farming)
Morgana: 80 with personal weapon
Cress/Yuri/Milla/Velvet: 80 all with personal weapons (although Yuri is using a level 8 or 9 top tier weapon now for the speed and Cress is using an upgraded elemental weapon)
Mighty: 80 with fully upgraded manifest weapon (challenge it again for TRUE manifest)
Dierdre: 80 with fully upgrade manifest weapon
Ilulu: 80 with initial level 1 manifest weapon
Toova: 80 with level 10 manifest weapon
Nagi: 80 with level 8 or 9 manifest weapon
Sophia: 80
Bertrand AS: 80
