S Rita is fully geared.
PE Durandal has signature weapon.
VG Durandal has signature weapon (and lots of viable fire stigs to choose from including one of her signature)
HoT Mei is fully geared.
HoR Bronya has signature weapon (have other viable ice stigs to use instead of the signature set)
Violet Executer doesn't have her sig gear but there's enough crystallum to buy her signature weapon which is still available in bp store for a bit.
Elysia has her weapon and two stigs (T+B).
Also has a lot more stuff, please contact me for screenshots if you're interested - I made the post before I reinstalled the game and I haven't gotten around to adding screens yet.
