I have had my game since start with altered currencies and haven't been banned or anything. Though should a ban wave hit all of sudden after all these years of the game being out, I do not take responsibility for any losses caused by it. From what I know, I haven't seen anyone get banned for it.
Your game must be linked to Facebook for this to work. As far as I know there are no other account bind options than Facebook.
Prices vary depending on how many different items and services you need.
Important: For items, you NEED at least 1 in stock for it to work. But the more the better.

Starting price per order: 5USD
Example: 100,000 Energy, 250,000 Coins, 40,000 Gems, 1 Creature level maxed = 15USD
Prices rise when there are different types of items or levels added to the order. Also note levels and such is a 1 time purchase as I will just max it out.

I am curious what caused your ban though? I have never encountered that, unless you hack in leaderboards or had a bad name that breaks terms of service?
