Is there a semi-fresh account with W on it? Or starter Maybe?

I just played this game for a couple of days, and I'm a type of guy who prefer waifus over anything. I've searched for operators list and found some waifus right there, including W. At first she wasn't at my top priority but after seferal story quest I played, She went to my very first priority waifu to pull. She's just so charming in her own ways. But they said that she is a Limited operator, no chance for rerun. So here I am, hoping I can get her here, tho it must be years-old account but I need her to stand in my lobby.
