Terrible habit of ignoring the buyer

I was trying to purchase an account for DBD from this guy and it costed 550 USD and I paid him the money and a week and a half later he has responded but all he will say is yo and not tell me why he isn't sending the account info. Until he gets back to me I don't recommend purchasing from this account.
