His Adsense has cost me $6.5k in less than 24hrs from purchase

The experience was worst than negative, in less than 24hrs, the Adsense I bought from him got closed and has cost me $6500 , for invalid activity on the Adsense he sold me. Not my channel, the Adsense he sold me. He kept pushing around to find an excuse to say it was my fault. When it wasn't. He sold me an Adsense that he'd obviously used bottled means of some sort to create. And now he's refused to refund . All this in less than 16hrs from initial time of purchase! My entire experience with him is costing me almost $7000! Because he's has refused to refund. If it was after 3 days, I would not be complaining, but all this in less than 16hrs of purchase and switching to the AdSense he provided!
C'mon!
