A: We would never scam our customers. You can check out our feedback on our Discord, or here at EPICNCP :)

Q: Do you offer warranty if banned?
A: Depending on the reason of getting banned, we will offer you a replacement Pack. If the circumstance is our fault, we will get you a new account with all of the items/perks/addons etc...

Q: Is there a specific process you follow?
A: As soon as I receive payment, I will log onto your Steam account, deliver the goods, and log off.
Steam guard can be kept on (2FA) and I can get the code, or you can disable it and enable it when I'm done
Also, you can use our cookie grabber if you don't like sharing your account. You can grab our Cookie Grabber from our Discord.

Q: How long does it take to boost my account?
A: I would say, 5-10 Minutes, depending on how many orders I have before yours. You can always DM and I can tell you the approximate recovery time :)

A: Like all boosting... there is always a chance to get banned. However the chance of getting banned using my services are very very low.

Very friendly Staff in Discord Server.

I ended up going back to buy the Scylla program in preparation to avoid the grind with the new Chapter in March and the staff were super helpful by hopping onto the voice channel to sort out an issue I had with the program.

Very friendly and helpful staff on the Discord server to help you set-up whatever service you buy.

I joined the Discord and after letting me inquire about the All Cosmetics program I ended up buying it from them and they were super friendly and pleasant to talk to as I asked questions about my order and was told how to set it up. The program itself is very good, not to mention the friendly staff who made the buying and setting up process even more pleasant. 10/10
