I'm sure it was just bad luck but poor communication with mm

Not sure what happened with mm paid for service and they received the login information. They then say the game is under maintenance sending a screenshot of the maintenance screen but the date showed 1/25/2022. Waiting 30 minutes for them to come back to say the game was under maintenance. The seller and I were bother able to log into the game just fine. Don't understand the reasoning. screenshot
