Very professional and efficient seller

Title is misleading, he doesnt have bags. ( I guess he can not edit it because he does not have the rank )
 
Do the dupe bags work on no-nondrop items? Wondering if possible to dupe a piece of AI armor or like syndicate messenger gun type stuff. I have no clue how item duping works sorry if it's obvious.
