Hi, I want to buy account with Hu Tao C1++ and Staff of Homa. Would be perfect to buy an account with Hu Tao C3. I don't care about other characters and I'm looking for account as cheap as possible, so I don't need whale account with all 5* C6, I just need Hu Tao main account.
Don't care about AR, any server is fine but I prefer Asia. Other characters I might be interested in:

Tartaglia C1
But Hu Tao C1+ must have!
