Sad reality. Not all 100% feedback are alike, This guy even initially upgraded his account with a $3 member upgrade (blue name) making people lead to believe he is legit then selling cheap accounts and getting positive feedback from buyers easily. And It's true MM is not responsible for this kind of trick( any account recover/recall) done by the seller therefore leaving buyers empty handed. Unfortunately, this guy have scammed many people, I've spoken to a couple of victims too, they didnt go MM therefore they cant a file dispute here (anyways no point). Be cautious, scammers now are levelling up their tricks. Don't fall for the cheapo account trick which later on will be recalled/recovered. There are a lot of easy to spot legit and veterans or moderator resellers here where you can have a peace of mind knowing they wont scam even if they have sold enough accounts. Why settle for cheap account when you don't have peace of mind?

On top of a positive feedback, normally you would want check the member this way...
1. How long are they here on epicnpc (account created)
2. For any dispute , like previous account recall.
3. If he has multiple dodgy account
4. How many positive feedbacks

While this doesn't constitute to a full proof way, it can help you with your intuition whether to go ahead or not. Well, in the end, this game account industry is really based on trust. Good luck guys.
 
Another epic member go rogue ! there is some you cannot trust even when they tell you they have 100 feedback , reviews and all they 100 percent trusty because when the time comes for the right amount they will or when they sold enough accounts they will scam you .
Very sad to see epic members scamming others even using MM !
