I would heavily suggest you get yourself epicnpc verified. It instills a great deal more trust to buyers and security for buyers if you do so.
 
You're not gonna sell the account for that much so you know. More so with a Friends and Family payment which is easy to abuse. What protects the buyer from you reclaiming the account after.
 
It's just a buyout price, it's open for offers and 100% sure it'll be set upon a price between both parties to agree to.
I have sold via friends and family and never once have I reclaimed an account back nor have any of my buyers has have any issue from the accounts I sold. So it's more so the fact that my reputation has been positive without any hiccups. Also majority of sellers on this site sells via Paypal Friends and family.
