Yesterday I sent 500$ to this seller, and he refused to delivery me the account, I needed 2 days to confirm receipt, and he keept insisting on it, even thought I could refund anytime as G&S, he didn't wanted to follow the whole process. It's not someone we can trust.
Edit: Paypal even say that WE can only confirm receipt, when the product is delivered, asked him to do MM too and I would pay, but he refused aswell

Since I was paying as Goods and service, I saw no need for middleman, when I asked him to do F&F, he rejected because it would be done with Middlleman
I got my money back, and I won't deal anymore with him
