yea I looked up his name when he offered me somethong and he already had one banned account, and I asked him about it and he said he had scammed before but was "starting over" LOL

Have you tried contacting mihoyo to get the account back if you traded? If you’re the original owner it wouldn’t be too hard to get the account back besides the long waiting time. Had one of my accounts scammed and took about 2 weeks for mihoyo to get the new information back to me but it’s worth the wait.
