Yes, Xiao+Venti+Qiqi+Skyward Spine + all event items since start. Both Perma banner and Char event is also near at soft pity.

Oh, sorry, i don't have one. All of these stacked primo accounts were left overs when I rerolled last Oct-Nov so I have no Xiao. As for the Xiao+Venti+Qiqi+Skyward Spine account, I'm still using it, just planning to sell it so I'm still looking for offers.
