That is something nobody can check since FB ID ingame is an APP ID not a profile ID linked to a certain account. If possible try to work on unlinking through the original owner of that account.

In any case @The best of the best is responsible for his promises here. If he says its safe then he is standing with his rep for that. Good luck with your sale
