Played since first launch and got some free stuff from the first battlepass. Always been platinum and higher, Got platinum act rank and currently gold 2.
Got ALL AGENTS except for Yoru. Yoru tier 5 half done so if you did the daily bounties for the day you would have him unlocked in no time. I don't play anymore cause I got bored.
I have not changed region once so I assume it is clear for region change whenever.
Selling for 140 USD open to negotiations.

considering i can get 2 of those skins for free i dont think there is a reasonable price above 40 mainly because of the knife and agents

I paid 50 USD jusf for the glitchpop dagger. the other two skins are whatever, but the acc has all agents unlocked + platinum act rank and currently gold 2. Other accounts sell for crazy with stuff wayyy lesser than this

well no offense, but there were two or three people who had a skin for every gun, two knives, all character, and priced it under 80

By all means, you can go ahead and buy that. I am afraid my account might not have much to offer but from what I see, in comparison to other accounts in the site (that are actually being sold), 120 or even 100 USD is reasonable for what I can offer.
I am not begging anyone to buy my account, I even accept trades depending on interest but 40 USD and below is straight up a loss, there’s no depreciation from a “used” account or appreciation from a “brand new” account it’s just valuable skins in the account that can be resold for the same price.
It’s full access, idk what you saw but those accounts might not be full access.
