MM fees can be partially refunded , depends on the circumstance.

The thread owner is right, there is no point in providing the receipts, even if you have the receipts if the seller wants to do a chargeback on all in game purchases after the deal is done, then there is nothing you can do to stop him/her.

Due to how Mihoyo operates, chargeback in this game is now so common.

I would buy this account in a heartbeat if such problem doesn't exist.

chargeback can happen in any game that is sold on epicnpc. although i understand the fear of chargeback i am planning on quitting gacha. i've decided that gacha has really taken over a lot of my life in the last few years and I no longer want to play them. i will not be charging back.

also there is a lot of emphasis on chargeback. but that also applies to anyone making a payment. i mean they can also do a chargeback on a payment with their bank.

the risk really goes both ways

I'm not saying you are scamming anyone out of $210, just saying that once they pay that 210 it is non-refundable, which makes it much harder to back out of the deal if they feel your verification isn't up to snuff since they already spent $210,

 

From my experience, you can refund MM fees. I've done it on two occasions during a trade and sell.

Ok, whether you want to or not is up to you . Just saying waiting until the seller has already agreed to buy the account and gotten a middleman involved before providing ANY proof that you are the original owner seems strange, since the seller will have already paid middleman fees and that is non-refundable once the account has reached the middleman (since you say you will only issue receipt to middleman WITH the account). The mm fees for this account would be over $210

As I said earlier sending you my receipts wouldn't do anything. As they are only used in account recovery. There is no way to verify if you are the original owner of the account. Only mihoyo can do that. If you somehow know of a way to verify that then please elaborate for everyone. I'm open to figuring out how to verify that.
So i don't see the point in sending receipts before going into the sale.
Also it doesn't really make sense why I would request a mm and then scam someone for 210. I'm not getting that money. The mm is. Obviously I wouldn't request that if I wasn't 100% sure the account in mine and that I have the receipts.

receipts will be provided with acc to mm to verify. i am the original owner.

also even if i sent receipts there is no way to verify that they are even tied to the account or who the original owner is. the data just shows transaction id. only mihoyo can verify the data in recovery process. meaning the receipts do prove you are the owner but only when mihoyo needs to verify it.

sending it to a random person does nothing except to a scammer that wants to try to hack your account.

chargeback scams have nothing to do with
top up receipts. thats the original owner contacting their bank and saying its fraud amd they didnt make the charges.
the charges will be put back on the account as negative balance and will have to be repaid to mihoyo.

at the end of the day there is inherent risk in any transaction on epicnpc. both from buyer and seller.

Are you willing to provide receipts of top ups to show you are original account owner? Since chargeback scams/stolen accounts are so common now?
