Product never sent, they just ignore all my messages

I ordered from their selly store which promised instant delivery and then they didnt send me the account details and just a message saying they are busy and will get back to me in 8 hours, I've been attempteing to contact them on discord, email, the selly store inquiry section and nothing they wont reply and its not like they aren't online since they have been online on here and in the inquiry section it says they were last active later than when my messages were sent.

No customer service and I feel like I've been scammed
