It’s still for sale. It would cost at minimum 10k to unlock t4s in this game. Or about 7-10 years of time from start to finish without spending. I would do 7k flat

An experienced player told me that t4s can be unlocked with 4K if spent wisely

The account has grown to 181+ million influence. 4 investments maxed out (economy, crew, defense & equipment), 6 gold enforcers. All other investments except give over 50%. Having t4 is only a little piece of this account.

The influence grows everyday. I still use the account. I think 7k is super fair, you wouldn’t be able to do this yourself for 4K.
