He comes up saying
He's refunded me all of it

And you know how paypal refunds are , they can take upto 30+ days

I told him , you could have let me know earlier

But instead he just says

Not my problem

now my money ( which I saved for buying an account ) has been stalled for 30 days

And I won't be able to buy anything now for a long while , which is really sad , because I just wanted to buy an account a play a new game in this qurantine
