possibly the best seller on the market

i had very specific preferences for accounts and the seller looked through their whole inventory to let me know my options. the seller answered all my questions and automatically sent pics of the accounts i was interested in so i could make sure everything was as i wanted. pricing was very fair and the whole sale went smoothly.
 
This is an odd question, but have any of the Mona accounts gotten a non-rateup 5* as the last 5* on the limited banner, and do they have Fischl and female MC?
