After purchase, the buyer will have all the power for account linking, so the steam account cannot be unlinked (except by the buyer. Doing this would remove all titles/progress from the account, so don't do that.)
The email of the Epic account was changed on the 16th of September, so the earliest opportunity to do a deal would be on the 15th of December.
So there's plenty of time to express interest.
