Unlock eng - Hera Tani 3.5 grade (I have not decided on which power plant I need, so I did not up until the 5th rank of this engineer), Elvira Martuuk(I prefer Felicity Farseer), Liz Ryder 3.5 grade, Broo Tarquin(i prefer 1 grade long range pulse, therefore, the low rank of this engineer).
