As title, I am looking to purchase a full champ, full skin account. Doesn't need to have PAX skins, ideally all mythics skins except for NEO PAX Sivir. Hmu @ Sage#9999
Also, the account should have all the recovery info.

Bought, got the product, he refunded without communicating, then blocked
