As I stated this is my personal Steam so it can't come with my original email. My email is used for pretty much everything from my credit cards to hospital visits to ex-military docs to work. Said email also has my name in the address.
On every account I have sold I sit with the person until they get complete access to the account; so make sure their email, phone, 2step, etc. are all set up. If there's security questions I change them to answers unrelated to me personally so you can claim it (if applicable ofc, I have a bad memory so I wouldn't remember something I havent used repeatedly even if I wrote it down).
I also give tips on avoiding being banned (depending on the account).
