so this site is a SCAM, you cannot change the mail cuz plarium doesnt support yandex emails so you cant change your mail because plarium will never send you the verification code
 
Bought and account from this page 10 days after I got banned to buy account.

Never talked in chat about buying or selling accounts but I get banned.

Never buy again from this guy's.
 
Well I bought 2 account from them and 1 has been banned after 2 days meanwhile the other one is still perfectly fine after 1 month.
I don't know if is just a spare case BUT the account banned was linked to a yandex.ru email, meanwhile the other account was linked to a gmail.com email.

Maybe was just a random case but is it possible that yandex.ru email get istantly banned meanwhile gmail.com email works without any problem?
 
Most raid sellers including this one accept Paypal, just make sure to pay via that when purchasing accounts for situations like these.

There was no problems with the accounts at all until about 2 weeks ago but since then they haven't said a single thing and removed a ton of accounts of their site. So there is a problem going but they just don't want to admit it.

Similar to you I spent hours doing research before buying an account myself. If you review the threads of all the sellers on the RSL board, this seller seems to be the only one with this issue. I'm actually unsure if I can get my money back at this stage. I guess it's my fault for trusting this seller but what they're doing is very unethical at this point.
 
My question is, if this is happening so frequently is this poster going to get away with all this without any repercussions? I'd prefer this thread to still be up so more people are aware of the situation but at the same time I am unsure if I can condone what is happening since this has clearly been happening for a while. I'm new to all this so even I was thrown off by what happened and figured someone would have stepped in by now as clearly it's not really the buyers' fault.

If you say your account is guaranteed not getting banned if you follow the steps and the account still gets banned it's not following your end of the deal, it's almost a bit to good to be true.

Well at least people are being vocal about it. I wish someone had mentioned something earlier before I had spent over a few hundred as it was my first purchase ever for an account and it was a very poor experience indeed.

Normally I would receive the account around 4 hours ago from when you posted.

They deliver the product but not as they say , the account is not 100% safe and eventually you'll get banned. No matter if you follow instructions or not. Costumer service very poor as they know their accounts get banned and don't wanna deal with the hassle afterwards.
 
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to quickly share my bad, racist and threatening experience with the seller:
Tried to get in contact for two days over Skype, over here and over their site. No response at all, so I have decided to report it through PayPal today.
The answer came back in two minutes which was the following:
"We deliver the completed order and no refund is possible. If you need a refund, please return the account, and you will be blacklisted"
At the end I had to ask PayPal to step in as they were keep saying it was my fault, like it happened because of my actions in the game...
Got my refund today...
 
Just wondering if there is anything we can do to stop the accounts from getting banned? Thanks

Account got banned after 2 days, did everything correctly ;) So you're very likely to get banned as well, cause Plarium probably ******* on them :)

@Yuminoe You can tell raidacc is a scam almost instantly, the deals and champs on the accounts are way too good for the price. They even have starter accounts listed that show Lydia the deathsiren.

@Mmokropp I was wondering if someone has been buying mass accounts? Seems to be a lot less options now when searching for the $25-$60 range. A bunch of the better champs don't have any listings what so ever now.

I don't think the mass accounts disappearing is an accident. I've bought a handful of accounts myself recently and they were all banned in the same day or the next. I initially thought I had messed up the first account I bought so I proceeded to buy a few more and to find out after a couple hours of use they were all banned. I had specifically bought those accounts to test out specific champions but the fact that they were banned rubbed me wrong.

I think the reason why a lot of the listings on their website were removed is because a lot of the accounts were actually banned.

As others have mentioned, the overall purchasing experience is fairly pleasant as they are reliable in fulfilling their end with the product. Seller does not actually provide much room for communication or respond to emails (no you cannot actually speak to them in chat. I have tried several times throughout the day for a week and no one was ever available); they may not fulfill your order in a timely fashion sometimes but that's mostly because of the time zone difference., so it's understandable. I am Eastern time and when I bought an account at night I got my account almost instantly. I would recommend this seller for being a legitimate seller; the only issue is the accounts you will buy will most likely get banned within a couple of days tops. I am not actually sure if it's something they had done on their end or if this is common with accounts purchased for RSL in general.

Overall I can vouch for this seller being a legitimate seller, but once again, I would avoid buying RSL accounts specifically as this appears to be a common case as other users have shared.

I have been literally scammed from Raidacc.com, I have told to myself ok no more account from websites and after that I’m here -.-. 6£ an account with arbiter Madame serris +nukers (my arena dream team) +15k energy + few leg books and epic books and chickens rank 3 4 5...ok yumi another scam is coming because is too good to be real..after the payment they have sent me the email with real informations! Perfectly working!!!! I have done a topic yesterday looking for an acc with arbiter serris Kael and I was ready to pay 50...and today I have all I wanted for 8$!! Thanks again!

PS: play arena at level 12 with arbiter serries dark aethel and Kael is the most face roller thing on earth!

Hello, I am a level 4 reseller so I have bought a lot of accounts, ($700+). I was just wondering if there was any faster way of getting accounts? Only been able to get through on live chat once out of the multiple times I have tried, sometimes the accounts come through very fast, but other times it can take 2-4 hours.

well the account they give you is using an unregistered email on Yandex . ua which is Ukrainian (this actually varies, the 2nd account I bought was a gmail . com email, still unregistered) and you have to go register it, translate it to English ( .com does not work if the email is not .com) and then change the account email and password. But the account I got was real and was delivered instantly (They are UK time so if it is late at night or early morning there, then it will take a few hours, they do need sleep after all). Their selection tool is pretty great to just play around with and put together combos and search, and they have better prices than what I have seen on Ebay. If you do have a problem and need support, that is where it is lacking but they do their best to make sure you won't need support with all the FAQs they have up. The thing I like the most about the accounts is that many of them have 270+ days so they have a bunch of gems, chickens, energy and silver just stockpiled.

Placed an order and it arrived instantly, as ordered. Instructions to change everything were very clear and easy to follow. Support was non existent on a few questions I had but the accounts are good especially for the price.

Only thing that is annoying is Fayne is listed as a legendary on the site but is an epic champion.

I Placed an order hours ago, Trying to reach out via Skype, LiveChat and Facebook all ignored... no responses... At all...

I have my payment confirmation email and an email saying that my payment was completed, But your "Staff" has not replied even once to my attempts to contact you.

So you have my money, but I have nothing, and no Customer support.

If you do not have 24/7 Support Available, you really need to Post some hours on the website... and if you do, you need to reply.

Further up the thread they have the actual hours they are available, or more accurately, what hours they aren't. I totally agree that they need to remove 24/7 from their support description.
There are so many accounts and good deals, I would add an ability to sort by price to allow for efficiency when finding the account that is wanted.

This feature was added. Its now easy to find good deals on accounts, but there are so many for any budget its hard to choose.

Should rename your website support. Labeling it 24/7 is not accurate. I don't mind waiting a bit for the delivery, but would be nice to know that ahead of time. Just put a line on the website saying between the hours of x and x orders will be delayed. Just some friendly advice.
 
I like your service because of the massive amount of accounts. But I miss one important thing in your account finder. Please add the option to search for Champions which are two times available on one account (double maneater etc.) This will save a lot of time 😊
