Err, so is there any other benefits of doing this?

the benefit is you dont have to do the grinding yourself and can get 3 stars on all stages, also for event stages you can complete them (even the hardest ones that you cant complete) and get the milestones rewards for completing the event stages. can alos farm for job level material.
