Buying March of Empires accounts *old realm*

Im a buyer i know some people who are in old realms struggle to get theyr acc sold im a guy to buy 1 of them im not rich and currently all i got is 20 euro giftcard balance which could be used in many ways. Idc how old the realm is even if the top 100 guy has 3b might i will still buy the account.
