The exploit accounts have a low ban risk. Exploit has been fixed and they aren't banned.
The regular accounts with <15 URs have the same ban risk as all the other reroller accounts that you can find.

Make sure you understand how to add a file into a rooted emulator like Nox.

I’m also adding a new method to link the account that only requires a Chrome extension to help with this requirement, as cumbersome as it is.

I initially had issues with rooting and placing save file in the proper folder, however seller was able to help.

Issue was resolved in less than a few minutes.

Correct. Rank2, no story quests (outside of quest 1), and all visiore still available in game.
