if you have purchase receipt you can start a claim on it but i will not go into detail for this.

Also please open scammer report via epicnpc , it would help others from being scam

I don't know if there is any way to get the account back but I at least want to make sure everyone know the person is a scammer so he can't resell it

How did he steal your account? He sold it to you, then logged in since it was linked?

I sold it to him but he didn't pay.

Account name can be change every 24 hour , drop the account's friend code down here , friend code can.t be changed
