*Otherwise Seller is entitled to wait for PayPal to finalize transaction (if delayed) before sending account info to Buyer.
*Buyer has right to ask any sort of questions in relation to offered accounts and receive a proper answer (also via stream).
*Once a deal is concluded (Buyer has paid and received acc info), no reverse exchange shall be provided.
