Well most of them involve contacting the support, i dont know exactly how to do it, but i've seen services for this on ogusers
And it doesnt matter if an account "has been linked to pc", thats neutral, doesn't impact anything in any way shape or form.

No, was linked to xbox prev, you can only link to xbox if you contact epicgames or just pay 20-30$ for a service that does that for you.
