A contract between the buyer and the seller which is legally binding.

If u are seriously thinking that a contract will help u in case of a chargeback then i dont know what to say anymore. How can they know that the contract isnt faked? you would probably need some sort of ID from both parties.
The buyer can chargeback from his credit card company. The owner can at anytime take the account back claiming he got hacked. This will either result that the account will be banned or returned to the owner. Most likely banned because the buyer will probably send his piece of information of a sale to kakao.

Then its up to the credit card company and paypal to review the case if the buyer should get his money back or not. 10k euro is not a small amount of money so good luck on finding someone that wants to spend 10k euro on pixels

And that's exactly something you would prevent by writing it on a legally binding sales contract. But i'm not here to teach you about european law.

10k EURO for account that can be reclaimed by you at any time or it might get banned because who knows what you did to obtain all that highend gear.

Its against the rules to sell ur account so whats the point of a sales contract? What is stopping u from taking the account back in the future? Nothing. So what will the buyer do then? Show them a sales contract over the account? lulz

Contract with who? Paypal? epicnpc? It still does not protect the buyer from the account being taken back. In the end he still loses money.
I'm taking offers. But I won't go under 10k euros.
