Interesting about the skins, do you know if Android will be possible soon? I'm assuming everyone is doing a refund trick, isn't that possible on paypal/google play store? But I haven't tried it so I might be wrong.

 

that is on illegal category , your account will get the diamonds decucted till below zero(minus) after 1 day , there is no guarantee your account wont get banned someday as well.
better playing safe by sending the skin from ios , slowly but safer. i believe it wont available on android unless the publisher change the policy for account data to be playable from 2 device.

sadly its only available for ios , but if you are looking for buying skin, you can buy to ios then send the skin to your android account, although only 3skin allowed daily and need to be on level 20 for both sender and taker.
